Complaints about unauthorized debit orders from Iwyze

I had a car insurance with Iwyze and I cancelled it in November 2024. Iwyze continued to collect debit order throughout 2025 and I kept on reversing the debit orders. I have contacted Iwyze several times enquiring why they continue collecting debit orders. In December 2025 Iwyze confirmed the debit orders shouldn't be collected as the policy was cancelled and refunded me 2 months of debit orders. In January 2026 they still continued collecting debit order and I contacted them but still no reason why the collection of debit orders still continue and I'm not getting any assistance from their agents
