Complaint regarding car insurance claim

I’m very disappointed in the service I’m getting, for the past few months being insured with iwyze car insurance ,I have to always call to ask for feedback , they don’t value their customers at all , I call all the time with different stories they are telling me about turn around time only when I call them ,if I don’t call no communication at all , poor service
