Complaint IWYZE poor services

Iam really disappointed with IWYZE insurance (underwritten by Oldmutal Insurance) and I would not recommend anyone to get covered with them. My Business vehicle is insured with them, on the 7th February 2023 I got involved in an accident and lodged a claim on the same day ,on the 9th I called them to inquire about the claim and I was told it was approved and the authorization was send to the repairer, to my surprise up to date the panel beaters have not yet receive authorization to work on my car, I had to call them and put them on conference call with Renew it panel beaters and only to find out that they send authorization to the Assessor, I mean really? , had it been that I didn't call them and the panel beaters this could have not been known. I don't think they have right people at their work places,. I am really fed up with this company, they are just a **** insurance, please please do not be carried away with cheap premiums, they come with poor services, take it from me. To make things worse Iam told today that I have to wait for another 48 hours to change the panel beaters as the first one is far from my address, really? they have my address and every time I call they ask me for it, could they not see that the previous panel beater is far from me and look for the one closer to me? As for now my vehicle is still not repaired, I had not even been given a curtesy car yet I pay premiums. THIS IS STRESSING
