Complaint

If the was a zero rating i would rate zero. Do you yourself a favor do not insure anything with old mutual. I insured my car with them and claim was rejected by them because they do not want to payout. The reason for rejection were not explained i only received a rejection letter which i am currently fighting through lawyers. Through out the claim they were unhelpful. No communication. Rude case handler. the company has no respect for its customers
