Complaint against the insurance company

Hi my name is Nomcebo Ndlovu , I feel that I was treated badly by the Iwyez because ,in young and I'm a female.I really feel that I was insulted by this insurance company.

I was in a car eccident on the 27 of June ,I crushed my car ,I did all the right procedures and a month later Iwyez said they will not pay for my car because of gross neglegent and I I **** to them and I asked my attorney and the we have been writing to them since the 26 of July till today they have been no respond from them

Nomcebo Ndlovu All letters send by my lawyer was sent ********** than 3 letters were sent and now you asking me to send again,I will not rest until I make sure that you guys pay for you did to me,and again they didn't even have honestly to come back to me to let me know about the out come of my claim only finding out from the towing company ,I trusted this company even referred few of my friends to use it and now I am a loughing stock arround my home town,I am saidly disappointment in you guys, what I will ask from you is to go to your website and check for the letters sent to you from FAKUDE AND ASSOCCIATE you find all my information and there and I would like you to get back to me before the end of this day.
