Complaint

I was involved in a car accident on 8february it didnt take a week fr my claim to be aproved all thanks to the lady who ws handling my case unfortunately i 4gt her name she ws so friendly and kept me on loop and making sure im ok everyday,,there comes a nightmare were i was refered to a lady by the name of refilwe Tshungu who ws sapose to give authorisation for my car to be repaird, i mst say she lack communication and never give me any update update about my car,im the one who buy airtym and call her,send emails of which she never reply them back ..as im writng this my car is still by the repairs m 3month without my car payng my policy everymonth on top nw im the one who does followup the penalbter iwyes oldmutual dont care any more ad long as they get my money...i regret every single day joining them ,i wouldnt advice any1 to join
