Complaint
<p>I had an accident on the 27th of July. It w</p> <p>as raining big hail stone same day of the tembisa tornado. My insurance company (iwyze) said it was a write off. I have been wth them for 3 years n a couple of months n never claimed now they refuse to fix my car. Their reason is that front tyres are used up.. What I know is that even if tyres are brand new they can't balance on an icy road. The ice lasted for hours that day n it looked as if it was snow n they give me that reason that my front tyres were used up. I find this as unfair n a day light ******* and will get a second opinion to assess my car.</p>

i have sent my objection to complaints department ages ago n still unsatisfied with the response. I don't know if I should have used miracle to stop the storm or it was my duty to for see the storm n remain at work n waited for it to pass.. Why z it difficult to pay up for the damage on da car when it's a piece of cake to debit?
