Complain with ***** business practices at IWyze

My mum signed up for a policy with Iwyse and the cove was held up pending HIV tests. Test were done and submitted by Lancet and the hold was lifted in a ***** way to update the cover from accidental conly condition to natural causes. A certain lady harassed my mum so bad with lots and lots of questions and promised to reach out to me because I spotted a rotten practice by iwyze of manipulating elders especially the illiterate.

The condition was lifted but Iwyse raised the preminium by more than 200% without and notification nor explanation and my requests for clarificatikns have been ignored and the premiums have been adjusted and this cannot be good business practice. Please assist and not only for my mum, but the elderly people who get ****** just like that.
