Complain

On the 29 September 2020 I have put a window screen claim and Autoboys company in joburg called me to arrange for fitment then everything was delayed from their side until I went to Hennenman Free State! On the 19 October 2020 my claim was re-routed to Autoboys in Kroonstad and the glass fitment was scheduled 20 October 2020 at 09:0am and they called me that morning to reschedule because the glass arrived late at their workshop then they rescheduled for 22 October 2020 at 10:30 but again they called me at 10:57am telling me that the glass has a stone chip then they requested to come on the 23 October 2020 or 26 October 2020 but even now they have not done it. They're service is so pathetic
