complain about iwize insurace poor service

I would like to submit the following complains relating to the claim number above. Kindly assist concerning the above and investigating officer First complain

I have a car insurance with iwize and my car was involved in an accident and I was a driver on that day. The investigating officer said I should go with him to the accident scene and I said I still have to attend counselling he should get the information from towing company he said no I must go with him to the accident scene. He said for the insurance to pay the claim I have to go with him I said the exact place he can check from the towing company because they towed the car but he insisted that I must go and we spend 27 minutes and I was not comfortable

Second complain

The investigating officer was recording my partner without his concern and according to POPIA act before you record a person you should inform him/her that this conversation is recorded and before you start recording the person I phoned iwize complain department and they said is the way they do things and I wrote an email and Kabelo Mokgolobotho said he will phone me and my partner to discuss but he didn’t phone until today 18/07/2022 but the reply was on 11/07/2022.

Third complain Instead of iwizy to intervene the following day after my complain I was phoned again by the investigating officer and he forced to conference my with my bank I said no that is confidential information and the complaint department said I must cooperate with him with everything he want me to do otherwise they won’t pay. The bank came to my rescue they said they can’t give him any information because is confidential information.

Forth complain The accident occurred on the 28th June 2022 and until today they sent me from pillar to post. I cooperate with them I gave them all the information they need but until today they still need one information over and over again I don’t know what I should do maybe they take an advantage that im a woman and theres nothing I can do.

Please assist as I need these issue to be resolved now is 3 weeks since an accident but until today there is no way forward
