Complain

Greetings...I am hurting deep down my heart ,as I can see I'm being ****med by iwyze insurance..I had an accident early November 2021 and lodged claim with them, the only thing I received was an SMS with claim number *** saying myclaim has been finalized I will then be informed when they fetching my car...since then I've never heard a word from them...I wait for hours on telephone line when I'm about to talk to their consultant a machine message will just say leave amessage and they hang up...now I'm stucked with a broken car ...I dont know what to do...please help...thanks
