COMPLAIN!!!!!
I am disgusted with IWYZE Funeral cover. I have been paying this funeral cover for almost 2 years and then i had an unpaid debit in error on the same day I of this unpaid reversal I sent an email 3 times with no response to ask if they can debit my account immediately. then when i eventually received a response it was cancelled . i then called and the lady i spoke to was just unpleasant and not helpful at all. kept me on the phone for 10 minutes while speaking or arguing with her colleagues in the background. coming back to my call .No w=i cant reinstate this!!!! I WILL CANCEL ALL OTHER POLICIES I HAVE WITH OLD MUTUAL BECAUSE OF THIS TERRible unhelpful experience.

17 Jan 2024, 12:27THE FUNERAL DEPARTMENT WAS THE ONES I SPOKE TO EFORE THE AGENT RESPONDED i CANNOT REINSTATE WITHOUT REVIEWING THAT MY POLICY HAS BEEN CANCELED AFTER I ASKED THEM TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE NEVER SKIPPED PAYMENTS AND THIS POLICY IVE BEEN PAYING FOR 2 YEARS!!! AN ERROR BUT NO CONSIDERATION TO UNDO AND ASSIST!!
