Company does not honour their contract with client

iwyze refused to pay out my mother's claim becoz my brother was the one driving the car . I don't understand their reason becoz in my mother's contract it states that my mother will pay an additional access if anyone either than the spouse is driving the car . The other thing is we had to pay for the storage since the claim was rejected . My mother has been paying for this insurance for the last 4years and today she has to fix her car and pay for storage as well???? We not going to take this lying down. This company has not honoured their part of the contract . So disappointed . To think I was against my mother taking their insurance in the first place .
