I would like to thank Mr. Kaizer Sigasa for his comandible people management skills, professionalism and his emotional intelligence, during the claim process for our damaged car after all the frustrations I lost my cool and the emotions got better of me but Mr Sigasa remained calm and dealt with my complaints in a professional manner until it got to the stage where the claim was approved, iwyze should ensure that they keep and take care of employees like Mr Sigasa as he's a very valuable asset to the organization, we are now waiting for the process to be finalized and hopefully won't face glitches
