Clearly my business isn't good enough

Only has one star because if I don't rate, I can't write. Been shopping around for insurance for a while now. The day before yesterday, I spoke to someone and this person was very unprofessional (very unimpressed that this person couldn't hold while I needed to take a business call and just hung up) Yesterday I decided to try again and the person said they would send me the quote so that I can change my insurance, but not yet received anything. I eventually got msg on facebook saying that they will attend to it, 2 hours later and still nothing. Again I messaged and they said it would be sent, even sent them my email address just for in case it might have been wrong and again we wait for another hour and nothing. If it takes almost 24hour just to get a quote I don't want to know the struggle if I ever needed to claim from you. Do you not want my business or do you not want to send the quote for in case you need to pay me for not being cheaper than my current insurance as per your tv adverts.
