Claims take 6 months to be resolved
Claims take 6 months to br finalize. d. Iwyze do not respond to emails answer phones or respond to call backs. I have two claims one for March and the other one for May. The details submitted to two agent by Iwyze are wrong I have been calling for two weeks no answer the phone gets transferred you hold for an hour then it cuts. Call backs are not returned this is appalling ettiquitte.
