Claims not resolved and no response at all

Iwyze is very bad when it comes to responding to claims. They have closed a claim without any repair done on my car. The last time they contacted me, said a panel beater will contact me to fix the car. I have been waiting since November 2019 till today. My car is not fixed at all. Then when log into claims, to check status, it states finished. Now I have logged another claim on household three weeks ago, the assessor has done her work but I have not received any response but every month, debit order goes through. I have requested to be called back via online, still waiting. There is no update of assessor by online service. I believe it’s time to leave this insurance company. I have heard people complain about it, now I can testify also.
