Claims not being handled

We’ve submitted a claim to Iwyze more than a year ago. They keep putting it off to pay out damages. The plumber that was assigned to fix the damage decided to withdraw because he was sent out more than 5 times to get quotes on the materials and he was never compensated. Iwyze working with europassistance have handed over the claim to 4 different people. I will never recommend Iwyze to anyone.
