CLAIMS DEPARTMENT NOT TAKING CALLS

I have been with Iwyze for some time now. Throughout this period there was nothing much to complain about. I am happy with the premium, they have honoured my previous claims for ****** cell phones and one break-in. I have since realised that their communication is not as good as it should be regarding claims. In fact their claims department is currently unavailable to answer phone calls. My latest claim has been authorised but I've been trying to call them to make arrangement for my car to be taken in as I am scared to drive it in such a condition and not knowing what may be damaged inside. Unfortunately there was no consultant to take my calls. This is so annoying and I'm now considering jumping ship as I expect better service than this.
