Claiming is always a problem

I always struggling with my claims. The assessor will under assess your claim, then you have to wait for long for feedback. Its been a month, since i have claimed, and the access amount is extremely high, there is penalty for everything. My boot was never fixed, still waiting for the boot to be fixed for two years, and my claim is closed and i did tell them the panel beater never came back to me. Now i having another claim and have waited for month without a car, to go to work.
