Claimed on their promo 5th May 2021. Couldn't beat my car premium. Waited religiously one whole year only to be told in my week of reclaiming the promo was discontinued 1st April 2022. Absolutely disgusting and this despite consultants telling me the promo was cancelled 3 MONTH'S AGO and some did NOT even have proper knowledge of the promo. Dealing with a useless SINETHEMBA who wasnt even prepared to entertain a gesture of goodwill for the wrong info by the consultants and iwyse NOT even informing clients THAT the PROMO was stopped. Im STILL WAITING for a Jacque from promotions to call me back. USELESS PATHETIC service from iwyze. A *******.

12 May 2022, 17:00Spoke to a senior promo MANAGER JACQUE now. CONFIRMED iWYZE JUST deleted all social media about the R1750 promo 1st April without a word to THE public!!!!!! CONFIRMED i spoke to at least 6 consultants in the last few weeks and some even after PROMO stopped who CONFIRMED it was STILL running!!! Absolutely ******* SERVICE from a bunch of useless staff. Misleading and a ******* couldn't even offer me a GESTURE as a once OFF in light off the circumstances!!! Disgusting
