Claim validation for 3 weeks

Yoooh people really don't care about you even when you have a valid claim, it been 3 weeks since i submitted a claim with old mutual car insurance and for 3 weeks they are still validating and no updates provided, when i call they bounce me from agent to agent, I even requested recordings but I'm being ignored and empty promises are being made. Come on this is really not the way they promise to deliver services
