Claim took too long to finish

I am really ****ed off with iwyze,I feel so helpless,I didn't know when I join iwyze insurence in 2014 I was inviting more debts ,I thought I was joining the insurance to help in times when I needed help, my car was involved in accident on the 29 July 2023 they were dragging their feet to investigate,I even called the guy(Chad maraize) who was busy with my case and asked why they are dragging their feet to finish the case ,I was told to relax because the car was removed from trident and the car was on their private storage but today chad maraize from iwyze told me that my claim is rejected and the car is still with trident and I'm liable for the payment of the storage, it's unfair because I asked him he promised me that they removed the car,I feel that I've been treated unfairly,****med by the big company iwyze If I knew I would have saved my money now I would have more than 70000.00 where am I going to get the money to pay for the storage? is not enough that they didn't pay my claim

How can a person saying something and doing different thing I will never ever trust insurance company in my life , especially iwyze,I don't know if I'm being ****med because of the colour of my skin and I will never even refer someone to iwyze , you took my money from 2014 to date and you still want to dig more from my pocket, it's not enough that you did not pay the claim and I told Chad maraize that I have a big yard to store my car ,he said that the car was removed from trident it was taken to iwyze storage, today on the 13th of October 2023 I'm told that I must pay for the storage ,where would I get the money from in this economy .you people of iwyze must stop this nonsense you only think for your own benefit you are taking advantage of poor people or maybe you have a deal with trident to gain more profit by robbing clients

I understand that I must be nice even if I'm angry but it's not easy
