Claim taking long to conclude

I claimed or my car that was ****** on the 18th of may till to date i have not received the outcome. The assessor appointed to this claim came to get the car keys and was accusing of orchestrating the whole car theft and that i am not telling them the truth about the whole incident and he advised that i gave the ********s the original car key for the car and i am still waiting for them to show me evidence as to how i exchanged the car keys with the ********s , because even the security guy at the mall he could see me walking away and locking the car with the very same keys that they are saying is not the original key and he told me that they will escalate the case the high court for further investigations for ***** against me and i was told there is no way that car i am driving to be ******, hence if i check today on the top list that car is mentioned as the highest theft car, till today nothing has been concluded still waiting no concrete answer.
