Claim sorted out quickly

Thank you to Iwyze and the Claims Handler, Mr Bervin. I had a claim for my phone and Iwyze had it collected on Friday for assessment. It's Tuesday now and the claim had already been sorted and I am happy. The claim was hanging in the air for a short while which can be expected during this pandemic, although I didn't phone to submit the claim but did it online as it wasn't an emergency.
