Claim settled in reasonable time

On the 24th of May we had an unfortunate event of having our car ******. I immediately reported the matter to the Police. On Monday I called to log a claim. Keagan Samuels was the investigator assigned to my case. He was professional and kept me up to date until the claim was finalised. I wish to express gratitude in how he handled this matter while he was empathetic. It took approximately a month for case to be finalised and we were kept in the loop all the time while SAPS only called me once to ask for the suspect's contact number. Thank you Iwyze and Keagan!
