Claim remain unresolved for 16 days without update

I registered my claim on 30 May 2023. 16 days later they say the assessor is not sure how many claims I am left with on my VAP tyre and rim ,so the reason for 16 days delay is that they are not sure if I still have any more claims remaining however these are the people that their system should tell them if I have claim remaining or not yet they say the don’t know . However I pay my premiums on time and never miss one but the treatment I’m getting is very bad. They never update me , I only have to call and that is only when they can update me only if I call. They have a lot of *********** stuff and I spoke to this assessor who said he he will approve the claim however I’m still left with no feedback. They have middle man from a company called automagic , those ones are very clueless they rely on the information from iwyze who still don’t know how many claims I’m left with 😂😂😂. And I’m sure I still have claims coz I know how many times I’ve claimed but they don’t know . Very strange. They should know . They are a **** Iwyze old mutual
