Claim Rejection

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on the 09/08/2017. After informing iWyze Insurance of the accident as a bona fide member, my claim was rejected. The basis of their claim rejection is "excessive speeding-gross negligence" on my part. Now this is totally ridiculous because they appointed an assessor who was satisfied that I was in no way "excessively speeding or gross negligent", he went even as far as obtain a settlement amount from my financing bank. Later on I was advised that my claim is rejected. Its pretty clear that we as consumers/clients are expected to fulfill our contractual obligations with the service providers, yet they fail to fulfill theirs. I regret having chosen iWyze Insurance as the insurance of choice. I have relocated to another province and I have to walk in order to get to work because my vehicle was written off, I cannot afford to get another car because I am still paying for the written off vehicle. As much much as I hate saying this and not playing the race card, black people will always be prejudiced by these insurance companies. They take our hard earned money every month and hit us with "the claim will not be entertained..." #iwyze is not so wise!!!
