CLAIM REJECTED *****ULENTLY BY IWYZE INSURANCE

I was involved in a car accident on the 23 February 2026 and submitted my claim on the 24 February 2026 and I received a rejection letter on the 27 February 2026 the reason being that I have DEFAULTS under my name with the CREDIT BEREAU which is a lie I DO NOT have defaults only ARREARS, the lady who called me Zaina sent me a recording and a transcript on the transcript on Microsoft WORD document she added at the end of the page that I had said No to having arrears on my account but on the recording the consultant did not ask the question when I was joining the policy.

I also received another letter stating that my insurance has been void since the 31-08-2025 whereas the debit order was going through every month to add to that I called to rectify incorrect information on my policy on the 12 January 2026 and on the same day I received an amended policy with the corrected information so am failing to understand how did I receive an amended policy but when I try to claim for my accident am been told that my policy is now void and I only received the voidance letter only on the 27 January 2026

My car was towed to Auction Nation in Centurion without my knowledge or concern today I received a message from Auction Nation offering me ONLY R20 000 for my car

What does credit report have to do with me claiming for my accident? why was it not been taken into consideration prior to me joining the policy?
