Claim rejected

My car was hit at an intersection on the (01 of September 2023), I got hit on the driver side when the robots were not working, I followed the rules of the roads and make sure that it was safe to cross, I was rejected by iwyze and their reason for rejection is that I was driving in a grossly negligent manner and I was not in a reasonable person’s behaviour and I failed to take precaution to prevent the other driving from hitting me
