Claim rejected and Policy cancelled

Poor service from iwyze after being send from pillar to post requesting proof of payment and bank statements for the ****** items the claim was rejected and the reason give was that the information provided was inconsistent hence the claim was rejected and Policy cancelled.

It sad to rely on insurance which you have been paying over a long term and they even offered to pay bonus for being loyal client and when you in trouble they reject your claim and cancel your policy, what on earth is this kind of service from a big brand like iwyze, it is disappointing to end up taking matters to court just because insurance refuses to pay . We are highly disappointed by the service e we received from iwyze we would not recommend them to any person.
