Claim rejected

I don’t even know where to start I have been with iwyze for about 5 years if not more and unfortunately my husband was in an accident a few months ago. They didn’t pay due to speed limit which was 70km/h in a 60 zone. now I am quite sure there could have at least been some penalty charge but not for the insurance to totally reject our claim. I have been a faithful customer never missed a payment and this happens. I am definitely cancelling this insurance and wouldn’t recommend it for anyone poorly disappointed by the service and treatment. The consultant was also not so nice and from the word go made us feel like we were guilty for something and said my husband **** about series of events even though he actually submitted the tracker prior to them requesting and realised that he didn’t lie.
