Claim *** RE - APPALING SERVICE - TORTURE

1. Please be careful when choosing insurance, my brother and I were involved in a head-on collision while travelling from home in Zeerust on Saturday 30/07/2022. Third party travelling opposite direction just came into our lane before we could pass each other.

2. I lodged a claim with Iwyse that I trusted with my hard earned money but their consultants are so *********** and even needed a single third party version to decide my claim, having provided them with photos to show that accident happened in our lane. What left me with bitter taste was that the *********** consultant (Unathi) put me in a conference call for 3rd party to threaten me with a lawsuit while I was hospital battling real life issues of my health due to the same accident, I would’ve believed the word EMPATHY but not with my *********** CONSULTANT / IWYZE.

3. After a month an appointed assessor arrived and alleged that they are going to investigate speed and later called me stating that my brother was doing 80 km p/h on a 60 zone. There are no skid marks to suggest that we tried anything to avoid collision as this was while we were about to pass one another. What difference would our speed do to avoid or cause the collision if you are travelling straight in your lane. WHAT IS YOUR MANDATE, REJECTING LEGITIMATE CLAIMS. The police were on the scene and pointed to fact that the incident happened on our lane yet you still want to doubt that we were victims but not reason for accident. I have been thrown from pillar to post and can’t take this humiliation anymore. IWYZE IS A ****. PROOF MATERIALITY THAT 80 KM P/H CAUSED THE 3RD PARTY TO COME INTO MY LANE – WHERE IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE WHILE TRAVELLING STRAIGHT IN YOUR LANE.
