CLAIM QUERY - BAD SERVICE

Good day,

I am not happy with the service I'm getting from IWYZE, a very ****ty service, got an accident last week Monday and I have since been calling them on a daily basis requesting for a courtesy car and claim update and I'm being transferred from one department to another, I don't know why is it taking forever for me to get a car or any feedback, the Validator named Siphephelo Ndaba that I had to push him to process my claim and also I have requested him to call and explain to me what exactly is going on has not responded to me, he only response to what suits him and not what I ask him, I was surprised that he wasn't even aware that the car was actually taken last week, then me receiving calls from people asking me about the car and accident as if it's excites me to talk about the it over and over again. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND KNOWING THAT I'VE REFFERED SEVERAL COLLEGUES TO JOIN THIS COMPANY, AND THEY ARE ALREADY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE AND ARE ALREADY LOOKING FOR OTHER OPTIONS.
