Claim process taking too long!! Claim Number ***
It is with great dissatisfaction that iWyze is really taking a long time to finalise my claim that was basically lodged with you guys on the 4th of December 2022 and during that time I was advised that the claim will be dependent on when I send the necessary documents and also the signing of consent forms to enable you guys to validate the claim and that it would only take 10 working days to finalise, yet here i sit on the 16th of January with no indication of what is happening and no proper timelines are given.
Bearing in mind that I had already paid Decembers vehicle instalment including the insurance premium for a car that is not even at my disposal, with the slow rate that things are happening there is a high chance that I will also be paying for January instalment for a car that’s not at my disposal bringing my loss of income to a total of R16299.36 as this will not be recovered or considered during claim processing except for the R2400 for insurance, which I do not understand also why it is debited as iWyze is aware of the loss of vehicle and also currently dealing with the claim, then why deduct?
This is causing unnecessary financial pressure for me as the car hire for 30days has already lapsed and I am required to organize alternative transportation to work at an additional cost. The anxiety and frustration that comes with how the claim is being handled is really not fair to me as a bona fide customer who has been paying all premiums monthly without fail, no claim history whatsoever in my entire period of having insurance. One stands to question whether the prolonging of this process is ultimately to frustrate me or what! There are no longer proper timeless attached to this claim, on would assume that there are SLA’s attached to the resolving of claims.
Can you guys please fast track and resolve this claim, this is really not a fair business practice! My best interests as a client are not put at heart by your organization. I need to continue with my life and put this ordeal behind me.
