CLAIM PAYMENT AND CURTESY CAR RENTAL

I had an accident on the 18 March 2016.I reported Iwyze towing same night and they send their towing ,when I made a follow up on the 22 March 2016 ,they told me that my claim was not lodged ,they opened a file for claim and I requested a curtesy car the gave me a curtesy on the 24 March 2016. On the 7th April around 10:00 in the morning I received a sms telling me that I should return the car by 17:00 ,same day I called them to tell them its impossible and I received a sms letter after my complain that is extened to 8th April 2016.I called again the consultant called Sibusiso Ndlovu ,He told me that my claim was finelised and they payment was made to me and my bank ,therefore I have to return the car before I get arrested.I told him that cover says 30 days curtesy car hire and I didn't receive payment or a proof of payment.And he told me that its impossible for him to send me a proof of payment as they paid with EFT ,which I told Him it is possible to get the proof of payment even if the money is not in my account.Still today I didn't receive the money and the proof of payment.And I don't have car ,as my car was written off by Iwyze.<br> <br> Kindly assist me with the payment.
