Claim number ***

My husband was involved in a car accident for the 1st time in his life after being with iwyze for years. That happened on the 15/07/2023 We are still waiting for the outcome of the claim. No car hire for us since the claim is still not approved. The person who is supposed to be helping us but haven't called us is Chabang Aphane we send him emails nothing from him. We even registered the claim through someone else not him. We are getting the bad service from iwyze again. Iwyze is a big company we have 2 cars, life insurance and a house but i am regretting our decision for choosing iwyze/old mutual.
