Last month I wrote a review about IWYZE car insurance on Hellopeter. Regarding a claim that is still not sorted since last year. Immediately after the review they contacted me and sent me a Disclaimer form that I needed to complete and sent back to them. I sent it back to Caroline Matsile as instructed (by the way she never reply to emails.). The form was sent back on the 22 December 2021, till today have not heard from Caroline Matsile. I have sent follow up mails and cc'd Complaints department, but No one has tried contacting me.

I am very disappointed in IWYZE , and would never recommend it to any one. A claim that has not been sorted since September 2021, it's a disgrace.
