Claim not resolved at all

I give up Iwyze and I’m worried now because I have policies with Old Mutual, and Iwyze is part of it. I still waiting for my claim to be resolved, it’s been two months, and no feedback again. It’s like they don’t want to pay but it’s easy to increase monthly instalment, when it comes to claiming is a recipe of disaster.. wondering if they will ever pay this claim because my previous claim was closed without resolution. Iwyze is BIG ON EMPTY PROMISES. Waiting for this issue to end then I can move far away from them. I’m extremely frustrated with their service!!
