Claim not paid - beware of OMI

I am appalled with old mutual insure and their ********* decision and treatment of my third party claim that was repudiated. The professionalism shown with regards to my claim and the overwhelming facts that I presented to them clearly shows that their client caused the accident as she was speeding past me into a merging lane and even admitted that she did not see me at the scene of the accident. She should of yielded and given way as I was in the lane already that merged where she side swiped my car. When I presented them with all info, the claims litigation officer agreed with me, that I was not at fault and agreed they would settle. I received a rejection letter stating they will no longer honor the R5700 damage caused to my car. Such a minor amount and they are being totally ********* and unreasonable. I now have to take additional time to take this to the ombudsman and show the ombudsman how unfair they are. Really shocked at what I thought was a reputable company.
