Claim no *** from Iwyze

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the repairs that has taken place on my car.

1. Initially the assessment tat taken place on my car was or is questionable, reason being that the car was repaired and upon collecting the car i have realised that 80% of the damages on the car was not repaired and only after i complained they took the car back for repairs

2. They informed me the second time that the car is ready for collection as i was preparing to go collect the car they informed that there are two parts that are still outstanding and this raised an alarm on my side i then requested that they give me some form of assistance that the car is fixed correctly they then taken the car to vw of which the outcome wat that the left hand front wheel bearing is damaged this means had i not requested that assurance i was going to be exposed to a danger since the were going to hand me the car with that defect.

3. Third time i was informed that now the car is ready for collection, when i arrived i saw that the left hand fog lamb cover was not changed and they have claimed it from the insurance and indicated that it was changed, the bonnet was not opening at all. I then highlighted this issues to the repairer and they were not happy at all as they were swearing at me with afrikans and also blaming me that im delaying them to get the payment for the repairs. We then reached an agreement that i take the car as it is then once the missing part arrives they will inform me to bring the car so they can replace the part and repair all other defects.

4. The repairer called me as per the initial agreement that the part had arrived i can bring in the car, i then listed the defects that i have picked them up for them to repair, and handed in the car.

Later they informed me to come and collect the car, i then went and only to realise that none of those defects were fixed and even the missing parts was not being replaced, i questioned them and i was told that the defects I picked up are not accident related. And the missing part when I questioned about it i was told that i need to bring back the car again.

In conclusion I just need a way forward regarding what transpired because at this present moment I cannot use the car as it is and I need reasons why some of the defects on the car were omitted of which are obvious defects. That were caused by the accident scene. And also the repairs conducted are not satisfactory and up to standard.

I need a way forward on this issues raised.
