Claim neglected.

I sent a claim , claim no. *** December 2022, I hit the pothole and it damaged the RF shocker. I was asked to fill the Consent letter and car photos. Did that three days later asked to get a quotation from penal beater and I did so and submit. Now my claim was first attended by Nicolet Viljoen who she handed it to her manager to reopen the claim on 26th of January after me been calling and emailing her, reopening I have no idea who close it as she statement as reopening of claim. ok 06 Feb got sms my claim is now being handled by RJOHNS01. I personal phone the phone provided on the sms unfortunate it was answered by someone else who said she is on phone call, he then took all my details cell phone and email for her/him to call me back. until this day I have not hear from IWYZE. What do I do. Funny enough they do take my money every month.
