Claim lodged in May, Complaint lodged October. DECEMBER, STILL WAITING.

(The below complaint was lodged two months ago, I am still waiting for feedback. Worst service I have ever encountered. Whatever you do DO NOT trust Iwyze to insure your household or valuables, they do not value their clients)

I logged a claim in May for our swimming pool that was leaking.

It is now October, the pool is still leaking, I have paid the excess for the required “repairs” and to date am still losing water. Not to mention the money I spend weekly on airtime trying to chase my insurers or their lax contractors. I have just got off ANOTHER call with one of your agents at 10:56 whose name I never got due to him mumbling into the phone, whilst explaining the scenario for the umpteenth time I said; “Please if I run out of airtime call me back” after 10mins+ on the line my airtime was exhausted and guess what? No call back and no surprises there!

The agent read to me findings from the last contractor's last visit two weeks ago, I still hadn’t received an update however. Even though there was feedback to be given? Lovely. In these said findings the contractor claims to have explained the situation to us and claims that their repairs remain intact and undamaged which is untrue as they have never checked them (underground) then went on to say the damages are structural, ie: the light and jet, again, untrue, Peter (technician) confirmed whilst here that it is not the light and although he did a test on and plugged the jet, the leak persists! Their equipment is still in the jet.

I want to see the said Report/findings in writing and I want evidence or proof that what they are saying is true.

At this stage I am wanting to cancel my insurance with Iwyze who I have been with for many years, why am I having to keep contacting you for feedback? The money I spend on airtime is ridiculous, your staff do not call back and do not seem to care about your customers there is a huge disconnect between you and your clients. Your Customer Service leaves much to be desired. Not to mention the contractors you align yourself with. Bitterly disappointed.
