Claim in limbo accompanied service from HELL

On the 8th I logged a claim, submitted all required documents on the same but guess what my claim is still in limbo. Aubrey and his manager Victoria and really best at making promises and fail miserably in keeping them. The amount of expenses I have and still incur due to this pathetic insurance and its *********** employees is mind blowing.
