Claim Follow Up - Third Party

<p>My accident happened on the 20th of February 2017. Every time you call iWyze you get transferred from pillar to post, holding for over 5 minutes. Today was the 5th time that I needed to contact iWyze to follow up on whats happening and when my vehicle will be repaired. </p> <p>Four out of the five calls the Third Party Legal department was not available to speak to me (no mam they are on lunch or in a meeting). All four times a message was left for them to call me back, but guess what, today is the 24th of April already and no single word from iWyze. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Pathetic service and now I am even wondering if my vehicle will ever be repaired!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Will never recommend this company to ANYONE!!</p>
