Claim declined
First thing due to lockdown I apply for 3 months holiday break with my insurance then on the 21 of June I was involved in an Accidant and my car was written off then I sent the claim to my insurance they declined my claim they said I didn't pay for that month and they come and calculate for the speed I was drove they said I was driving between 108 to 118km/h while I know I was driving less than that

11 Aug 2020, 03:06I'm still waiting for the cause yesterday one of the consultant phoned me but I was driving he said he will phoned me at 11:00 till now nothing what I'm asking myself is the the Accidant happened on the 21 of June but till 9 of August I was not getting a feedback what was happening all along??????
