My TV and decoder stopped working and because I have home contents insurance I claimed. To my surprise they wanted me to find my own assessor and pay so that they could get a report of what's wrong. Emails sent to Kgomotso Sefolo not attended to she doesn't respond to calls as wellI called and I was told she was busy and will call me Back been paying and have never missed a payment it's funny how I must pay for the insurance and pay for the accessor as well this was never mentioned when I took the cover.
