Claim assessor attack

iWyze is it standard practice that your claim assessors harass and intimidate your clients upon investigations or was this done to me because I’m a young woman? I submitted my claim on the 25th September 2020 and the manner & ************ received today from the assessor assigned to ‘assist’ with my claim was appalling. I was treated like the worst ******** or suspect. No sympathy nor empathy given. If that is how your claims are handled, i would like to advise South Africa that in addition to dealing with the trauma of their first car accident they need to prepare to deal with the attack from your assessors.
