Claim Approved but Premium and Access Also Increased Thereafter

I was with iWyze for close to a year. I have a mixture of feelings but on average, I am rating them as poor. I lodged a claim and in less a week it was processed and approved, that was good. But immediately after my claim was approved, I got an email with the amended policy contract. Basically, they added an additional access of R4500 if the accident happened between 11pm and 5am, single vehicle involved in the accident, monthly premium also went up, and some other clauses should I suffer a total loss of the asset like hijacking etc. Immediately I requested to cancel ‘coz I realized that I am basically not insured...
