Claim after vehicle was hijacked and recovered

My claim was allocated to Zaina Mafuyeka. She gave me an outstanding service from the moment I logged the claim up until it was approved. One would swear that she knew what was going on in my mind after my vehicle was hijacked and recovered, as she was giving me daily updates about the status of the claim and as to how far the process is. Her responses to my emails were prompt, since waiting on the telephone line can be frustrating and time consuming.
